EC European Capital RTO 1 AB: EC European Capital RTO 1 postpones publication of its interim report for the third quarter of 2026
EC European Capital RTO 1 AB (publ) ("EC RTO" or the "Company") announces today that the publication of its interim report for the third quarter of 2026 is postponed from 30 October 2026 to 30 November 2026.
In light of the ongoing reverse takeover of ION-GAS GmbH, in respect of which EC RTO has entered into a letter of intent in accordance with the Company's press release dated 29 September 2026, the Company has decided to postpone the publication of the interim report for the period 1 January - 30 September 2026. The interim report will be published on 30 November 2026 and will be available on the Company's website, www.ec-rto1.com.
