Eevia Health Plc ("Eevia" or "The Company") announces adjustments to the planned dates for the release of its Interim Report for Q1-2025 from today, August 21, 2025, to Friday August 29, 2025. Furthermore, the publication of its statutory financial statements for 2024 is moved to August 29, 2025, as well. Finally, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders will be held on September 15, 2025.
Due to multiple practical reasons, including the delay in achieving an unqualified auditor's report and finalized financial statement for 2024, Eevia is adjusting its financial calendar, and is announcing the following:
- The publication of the Interim Report for Q2-2025 will be changed from August 21 to August 29, 2025, to avoid any misrepresentations in case the financial statements 2024 and balance sheet per 31.12.24 would change further subject to the audit.
- Eevia will publish its statutory financial statements and the auditor's report on August 29th, 2025, assuming that the auditor's report is received.
- Eevia will hold its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (AGM) on Friday, September 15, 2025. The notice for the AGM is published today, August 21, but documents will be published in the coming days.
