Our goal is to be the undisputed sustainability leader in our industry. We are committed to significantly reducing CO2 emissions by 2030 from our operations, products and solutions, while maintaining a focus on people, profit and the planet.

These are some of our key sustainability achievements for 2024, reflecting our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility and business excellence:
- In 2024, we launched several innovative solutions that will support our target to provide more sustainable solutions to our customers, such as the NeoBlue Touch undercounter dishwasher and the next generation of high-productivity heat pump dryers (TD6-11), both designed to use less energy and water.
- We acquired Adventys, a specialist in induction cooking, which is the future of sustainable cooking.
- We successfully reduced CO₂ emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 61% compared to 2019 levels. Emissions from the product-use phase (Scope 3) have also been reduced by 35%, thereby reaching our 2030 target already in 2024. A new target will be set during 2025.
- Our efforts to improve gender diversity resulted in 28% of female leaders within the organization.
- In Health and Safety, we achieved a 53% reduction in the Lost Time Injury Rate since 2019, amounting to 0.66 in 2024.
- Electrolux Professional Group retained its Silver Sustainability Rating from EcoVadis and scored AA on the MSCI ESG list. Additionally, we have been ranked among the top 500 companies in the world for sustainable growth by TIME and Statista.
- For 2024, Electrolux Professional Group was given a "B" rating in the Carbon Disclosure Project, CDP climate change list. We were also ranked for water for the first time and were given a rating B-.
- The satisfaction rate in our Employment Engagement Survey improved to 74, compared to 73 in the previous year.
- The use of Renewable energy, purchase and generation, in our factories increased by 30% (since 2019).
