The number of votes in Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) ("Emilshus") has changed during the month of September as a result of Emilshus, upon shareholder request and in accordance with the articles of association, reclassifying 821,120 ordinary shares of series A to the corresponding number of ordinary shares of series B. As a result, the total number of votes in Emilshus has decreased from 259,905,277 to 252,515,197.

As of 30 September 2025, the number of shares in Emilshus amounts to 156,154,267, divided into 10,706,770 ordinary shares of series A, 115,447,497 ordinary shares of series B and 30,000,000 preference shares.
