Episurf: Conversion of convertibles in a nominal amount of SEK 9,279,911 to 206,220,244 Class B shares
On 1 October 2026, Episurf Medical AB (publ) ("Episurf") issued, in relation to the closing of the acquisition of the Hudiksvall portfolio, convertibles in an aggregated nominal amount of SEK 64,780,000. Convertibles in a nominal amount of SEK 9,279,911 have, as of the date of this press release, at the request from holders of convertible debentures, been converted into 206,220,244 Class B shares in Episurf at a conversion price of SEK 0.045 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Through the conversion, the number of Class B shares and votes in Episurf increases by 206,220,244, corresponding to a dilution effect of approximately 1.27 per cent of the shares and the votes respectively. Through the conversion, the share capital increases by SEK 2,062,202.44.
