Etteplan announces the launch of the next-generation Etteplan INFO, a comprehensive, productized service solution for outsourcing technical documentation and technical information management. The solution is already in use by several customers, and the goal is to gradually migrate previously implemented technical documentation outsourcing projects to the new AI-based Etteplan INFO solution, delivering clear additional value to customers. The renewed Etteplan INFO integrates artificial intelligence deeply into its operating model, enhancing quality, efficiency and compliance across data-intensive processes and the entire product lifecycle. In addition, AI supports higher-quality and compliant content creation by offering rewrite suggestions, supporting adherence to writing standards, and shortening content review cycles by up to 75 percent. The solution can also interpret standards and technical guidelines through both text and image analysis, further accelerating accurate documentation work.
