Everysport Group AB (publ) ("Everysport") has today completed the transaction with Better Collective A/S on the divestment of a media portfolio for a total of approximately SEK 44 million (EUR 3.7 million) in cash after all conditions in the transaction have been met. In connection, Everysport has received the initial purchase price of approximately SEK 22.4 million (EUR 1.9 million). The remaining share of approximately SEK 21.3 million (EUR 1.8) will be paid in two installments after six and 12 months from completion of the transaction on August 31, 2023.
On August 15, 2023, Everysport entered into an agreement with Better Collective A/S to divest a portfolio consisting of the brands and websites SvenskaFans, Hockeysverige, FotbollDirekt and Innebandymagazinet for a total purchase price of approximately SEK 44 million (EUR 3.7 million) in cash.
All conditions for the transaction, including regulatory approvals, have today been fulfilled. Thus, the transaction is completed and Everysport has received the initial part of the purchase price corresponding to approximately SEK 22.4 million (EUR 1.9 million).
The remaining part of the purchase price of approx. SEK 21.3 million (EUR 1.8) will be paid in two installments; approx. SEK 10.6 million (EUR 0.9 million) will be paid six months from the completion of the transaction on August 31, 2023 and approx. SEK 10.6 million (EUR 0.9 million) will be paid 12 months from completion.
