Today, October 3, 2025, Evolear AB (publ), name change pending Solution International Nordics AB (publ), held an Extraordinary General Meeting. All resolutions were adopted unanimously.

The following resolution was passed:

• The meeting resolved to elect David Watts as a new ordinary board member. Jesper Nord was relieved of his duties.

Brief introduction of David Watts:
David is the Chief Operating Officer at Solution, where he has worked for more than 16 years in various roles within operations and product development. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Product Design and Innovation. David participates in industry forums together with major grocery chains to provide input on policy changes and best practices, and he also contributes to the working group responsible for standards in consumer product auditing. Earlier in his career, he developed products for children and motorcycles and held roles within the U.S. automotive industry as well as the Dutch maritime sector.
