The Extraordinary General Meetings of Fellow Finance Plc and Evli Bank Plc have on 22 December 2021 approved that Fellow Finance will merge into Evli Bank in accordance with the merger plan signed on 30 September 2021 aiming to establish Fellow Bank. If the conditional arrangement, subject to the conditions of completion set out in the merger plan, will be implemented, a new customer-oriented and solid digital bank will emerge in Finland that will focus on serving SMEs and individuals who value ease and flexibility in banking services.

The completion of the merger is subject to the conditions of completion set out in the merger plan having been fulfilled. The planned completion date of the merger is 2 April 2022, however, the date is subject to change and the actual completion date may be earlier or later than 2 April 2022.
