- Half-year Financial Report, January-June: 25 August 2022, if the merger with a company that will carry on Evli Bank Plc's banking services has not taken place until this day
Financial Statements 2021 will be available on the company's website in week 10. The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Helsinki on 25 May 2022, if the merger with a company that will carry on Evli Bank Plc's banking services has not taken place by 3 May 2022. The board of directors will summon the meeting later.
Fellow Finance's Extraordinary General Meeting has on 22 December 2021 approved the merger in which the company will merge with a company that will carry on Evli Bank Plc's banking services. The planned completion date of the Merger is 2 April 2022, however, the date is subject to change, and the actual completion date may be earlier or later than 2 April 2022. Until the completion of the merger, both companies will operate fully separately and independently.
