The Board of Directors of Fellow Finance Plc (the "Company") has today resolved to amend the subscription period of the shares to be subscribed for based on the option programs announced on 19 June 2019 and 20 October 2020.

Pursuant to the resolution of the Company's Board of Directors, the option holders have a right to exercise the option rights and to subscribe for shares based on the option rights held by the option holder in accordance with the terms and conditions of the option rights during the period of [3 January 2022 - 17 January 2022]. After this period the unexercised option rights will lapse.
