| "This major shareholding notification is made by Mr. Li Shufu as the ultimate controlling shareholder of Geely Sweden Industry Investment AB, 559153-9332 ("Geely Investment"). Geely Investment holds a total of 167,247,516 shares (88,474,625 A shares and 78,772,891 B shares) representing 96,351,914 votes in AB Volvo. Due to a corporate action, Geely Investment's holding came to exceed the 15 % threshold of the total number of votes in AB Volvo on 30 December 2019. The percentages of Geely Investment's holdings presented in this notification are the percentage of the total number of shares and votes, respectively, in AB Volvo as of 30 December 2019. Since that date no changes in Geely Investment's holdings of shares and votes have occurred, but due to subsequent corporate actions in AB Volvo, Geely Investment's holding represents 8.22481 per cent of the total number of shares, and 15.95668 % of the total number of votes, in AB Volvo as of the date of this notification." | |
