| Redmile Biopharma Investments III, LP (the "Shareholder), a fund managed by Redmile Group, LLC, has participated in the directed share issue in Hansa Biopharma AB (the "Issuer") which was announced by the Issuer on 2 October 2025 by way of a press release. The Shareholder acquired 1,200,000 new ordinary shares in the directed share issue and the Shareholder's total number of shares after the directed share issue is 14,745,764 ordinary shares. Due to the directed share issue and based on the Issuer's new number of total votes and shares (101,763,222) after the directed share issue, the Shareholder's percentage of total votes and shares has changed from 15.98071% to 14.49027%.
