PARI Norway AS was put in voluntary liquidation and has, as part of the liquidation, on 12 March 2025 distributed all shares in Karnell Group AB (publ) to its parent company RIGAM II AB, which is also wholly owned by Patrik Rignell. PARI Norway AS has thus fallen below the 5 percent threshold both in terms of votes and shares, and RIGAM II AB has exceeded the 5 percent threshold in terms of shares, and the 20 percent threshold in terms of votes.
