London, 5 February 2025 - Flexion (NASDAQ:FLEXM), the games marketing company, today announced that its CFO, Niklas Koresaar has resigned and will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Ross Logan, who is currently Flexion's Audit Committee Chairman will take on the expanded responsibilities as acting CFO. Ross, who is a Chartered Accountant, started his career at PwC and has a solid background from two decades of experience in the games industry where he has previously worked as CFO at Miniclip and Wooga among others.
