Flyr's traffic figures show that more than 1.6 million guests travelled with the Company in 2022. The load factor was 74 percent. In December, 52,400 guests travelled with Flyr and the load factor was 73 percent.

"We would like to thank all the 1.6 million guests who chose to travel with us in 2022 and we look forward to welcoming everyone on board again for their next trip. This was the Company's first full calendar year with operations, where the first part of the year was characterized by pandemic lockdowns and the summer by high demand for travel and many full flights. During the autumn demand for travel was impacted by cost inflation and lower purchasing power. On a positive note, we experience a good response to our new year's sale, which makes us optimistic about the spring and summer," said CEO Brede Huser in Flyr.

Going forward, Flyr will deliver an average annual load factor between 80 and 90 percent, which means load factors in the 70s in low season and more than 90 percent in high season.

Flyr had on average 4-5 aircraft in operation in December. The yield was NOK 0.59, and the unit revenue (PASK) was NOK 0.45, up from NOK 0.24 in December 2021.

Through March, Flyr will operate routes to several popular destinations, including Alicante, Malaga, Las Palmas, Barcelona, Rome, Paris, Nice, Berlin and Brussels, as well as to ski destinations Milano, Salzburg and Geneva. The Company will also continue to offer flights from Oslo to Bergen and Trondheim.

"Our fantastic colleagues on board the planes and in the office do their utmost every day to deliver a good experience to our guests. Many people are cheering us on, both guests and business partners, and we want to show that we are here to stay so that both leisure and business travelers have an option that ensures a combination of affordable fares and a good product," said Huser.
