The Company concludes the first half of 2025/2026 with strong progress in activity levels and the rollout of new products. In the first half-year, agreements have been signed for 1,089 new rental units.
Transition to a new financial year
In connection with the transition to a new financial year, which going forward will follow the calendar year, Q2 is the final quarter of the 2025/2026 financial year.
Outgoing Group CEO Nicolai Frisch Erichsen comments in connection with the report:
"The course is set, and we continue to deliver strong results across the business in the first half-year. We have reached 1 million users in just 18 months, while maintaining consistently high user satisfaction. At the same time, the list of attractive partners continues to grow, and new locations are scaling rapidly thanks to a dedicated sales team and a strong company culture. The results give us momentum to continue and accelerate the scaling of the business.
The past half-year has also delivered new records that underline the continued positive development. We have increased new sales and upselling by 1,089 rental units, corresponding to growth of 149% compared to the year before, and we have expanded our partner network by more than 50% in just 12 months.
All in all, the acceleration continues, and the results have provided us with a solid foundation. Our position reflects strong demand and a robust business model, giving us the freedom to drive the market with innovative products and ensuring a strong platform for further expansion."
"Freetrailer remains committed to its long-term strategic ambitions. With more than 750 trailers in the pipeline, we expect to reach a target of more than 7,500 trailers in the market by summer 2026," concludes Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, outgoing Group CEO of Freetrailer.
Guidance for the new financial year
In connection with the transition to the new financial year, Freetrailer publishes guidance for the full 2026 financial year:
- Net revenue: DKK 163-173 million (for reference 2025: DKK 144 million)
- EBIT: DKK 20-30 million (for reference 2025: DKK 27 million)
We expect to continue delivering strong double-digit growth in the underlying business alongside solid earnings, although 2026 will include increased investment in future growth and business models.
