Freetrailer Group A/S announces its financial report for the third quarter of the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The results demonstrate the company's positive development and its ability to execute on its strategy. Driven by strong demand, the full-year guidance has been raised.
Highlights for Q3 2024/2025
Freetrailer maintains strong growth momentum, posting substantial gains in both revenue and earnings:
- Net revenue: DKK 28.3 million (growth: 25.9% compared to Q3 last year)
- EBITDA: DKK 3.0 million (growth: 122.2%)
- Profit before tax: DKK 1.37 million (growth: 42.6%)
- Rentals: 325,853 (growth: 13.4%)
- Rentals (rolling 12 months): 1,483,657 (growth: 29.1%)
- Number of rental products (rolling 12 months): 5,473 (+16.9%)
Raised guidance for 2024/2025
Freetrailer raises upper and lower revenue guidance for the year and now expects revenue in the range of DKK 126-130 million for FY 24/25 (previously DKK 123-128 million). This corresponds to an expected revenue growth of 16-21% compared to FY 23/24.
Freetrailer also raises the lower EBITDA guidance, which is expected to land between DKK 25-28 million (previously DKK 23-28 million).
The updated guidance indicates an EBITDA growth of 31-46% compared to FY 23/24, when EBITDA was DKK 19.2 million.
Strengthened digital platform and strategic expansion
Freetrailer now has 557,280 active app users. Investments in the digital platform continue to support both the customer journey and partner experience. The app is central to self-service and scalability across markets.
Simultaneously, the company is expanding its partner portfolio and increasing distribution capacity with significant growth in Germany. In the Netherlands, the company is ahead of internal goals, now surpassing 200 units. In total, the Netherlands is expected to contribute over 4,000 bookings this fiscal year.
