Traffic figures June 2026: Freetrailer increases the number of rental products by 23.7% compared to last year while maintaining strong activity
Freetrailer Group A/S continued its positive development in June 2026, recording 178,754 rentals, corresponding to 15.7% growth compared to the same period last year.
By the end of June, the fleet comprised 7,268 trailers, an increase of 1,392 trailers compared to last year, corresponding to 23.7% growth. During June alone, 252 new trailers were added, supporting the continued expansion across Freetrailer's markets.
The rental frequency reached 83.4%, compared with 88.9% in the same period last year. The decrease is partly attributable to the expansion of the rental fleet, as many newly deployed trailers have not yet been in operation for a full month. In addition, the unusually warm start to the summer affected Denmark and Sweden during what is traditionally our strongest rental periods - the weekends.

"Our growth continues, and our fleet of rental products has increased by 23.7% over the past year while we have simultaneously increased the number of bookings. During June, we prioritised a significant acceleration of the rollout of new trailers, and the number of trailers in production continues to grow as a result of our successful sales efforts."
