An Extraordinary General Meeting of Gapwaves AB (publ) was held today by postal vote, without the possibility of physical participation, with the support of temporary legal rules. 

Introduction of a long-term incentive program for company management and employees 
The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board's proposal, to introduce an incentive program for company management and employees. The decision also included a decision on a directed issue of warrants to the company and the transfer of warrants to the participants in the incentive program.
