GC Rieber Shipping: Pål Selvik resigns from Board of Directors
GC Rieber Shipping ASA informs that Pål Selvik has resigned from the Board of Directors today. Mr. Selvik has chosen to resign following his appointment to a new position as CEO in Scana ASA, a company outside the GC Rieber Group.
Mr. Selvik has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 through a period of strategic transition for the Company.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Selvik for his valuable contribution and wish him the best of success in his new position.
A new Board Member will be elected at the Company's next ordinary general meeting.
