OSLO, NORWAY - 31 May 2024: Genetic Analysis AS ("GA" or "the Company") announces that a member of the board of directors has bought GEAN-shares.

Jethro Holter, Chairperson of Genetic Analysis AS, has on Wednesday 29.05.2024 and Thursday 30.05.2024 bought in total 17.898 GEAN shares at an average price of 0,66 NOK per share. The shares were acquired on the Spotlight Stock Market. Following the transaction, Jethro Holter owns 17.898 shares in the Company.
