Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Genova") issued on 16 April 2024 subsequent green senior unsecured bonds of MSEK 150 with maturity on 16 November 2026 under its green bonds framework of MSEK 750 with ISIN SE0018397705 (the "Green Subsequent Bonds"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Green Subsequent Bonds, Genova has applied for admission to trading of the Green Subsequent Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm on the sustainable bonds list and the first day of trading at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 20 May 2024. For the purpose of the admission to trading, the Company has prepared a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available at the Company's website www.genova.se and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.
