Get Group är ett nordiskt bolag som erbjuder energiproduktion samt tillverkning och försäljning av elektroniska laddningsprodukter. Verksamheten bedrivs via dotterbolagen Rock Energy (energiproduktion) och Lightcircle of Norway (laddningsprodukter). Rock Energy använder jordens inre för att tillföra elektricitet, uppvärmning och kylning av fastigheter och faciliteter. Lightcircle produkter används till laddning och driver allt från konsumentelektronik till hybrid- och elbilar. Bolaget gick tidigare under namnet Net Trading Group.

GET Group AB: GET Group appoints Mangold Fondkommission AB as Mentor in connection with the relisting process on NGM Nordic SME

GET Group AB ("GET Group" or "the Company") hereby announces that the Company has appointed
Mangold Fondkommission AB ("Mangold") as Mentor to the Company at Nordic Growth Markets
(NGM), Nordic SME.

Mangold will assist the Company in the relisting process requested by NGM Nordic SME as a result of
the reverse takeovers that have been completed by the Company.
During the current relisting process, the Company's shares will continue to be traded under observation
on NGM Nordic SME, which is a standard procedure for a reverse takeover which entails a significant
change in company operations. The relisting process is expected to be completed during the second
quarter of 2022.
