Get Group är ett nordiskt bolag som erbjuder energiproduktion samt tillverkning och försäljning av elektroniska laddningsprodukter. Verksamheten bedrivs via dotterbolagen Rock Energy (energiproduktion) och Lightcircle of Norway (laddningsprodukter). Rock Energy använder jordens inre för att tillföra elektricitet, uppvärmning och kylning av fastigheter och faciliteter. Lightcircle produkter används till laddning och driver allt från konsumentelektronik till hybrid- och elbilar. Bolaget gick tidigare under namnet Net Trading Group.

Reidar Michaelsen, board member of GET Group AB (publ) (`GET Group' or `the Company') has informed the board that he will step down from the board due to personal reasons

"Due to personal reasons, I have decided to step down from the board of the Company. I have informed the board of directors and the chairperson that I will step down as board member with immediate effect," says Reidar Michaelsen.

Michaelsen was elected Chairman of GET Group in April 2021 and has contributed to transform the company into a sustainability group with strong focus on geothermal energy.

"GET Group has achieved significant milestones and entered into new strategic directions and investments during Michaelsen's tenure. He has been responsible for adding a venture- and business development culture into GET Group which has made GET Group the company it is today and I would like to thank Michaelsen for all his contributions and dedication to GET Group," says Lars Christian Beitnes, CEO of GET Group.
