Background

The Company completed during December 2020 a rights issue of units consisting of one (1) new share and one (1) free of charge warrant of series TO1. In total, 41,008,175 warrants of series TO1 were issued. Each warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company during the period from and including 16 December 2021 to and including 30 December 2021 at a subscription price of SEK 0.104 per share. A total of 18,746,225 Warrants were exercised for subscription of 18,746,225 shares, corresponding to an exercise rate of approximately 45.7 percent, and the Company receives SEK 1.95 million before issue costs.

Number of shares, share capital and dilution
After registration of the new shares with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket), the Company's share capital will increase by SEK 966,294.473700 from SEK 47,830,341.120451 to SEK 48,796,635.594151 and the number of shares in the Company will increase by 18,746,225 shares from 927,914,172 shares to 946,660,397 shares.

The dilution for existing shareholders who have not exercised Warrants is approximately 1.98 percent of the shares and votes in the Company.

Delivery of new shares
The new shares have been delivered to the subscriber's accounts as interim shares. After registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the interim shares will be converted into ordinary shares.
