As set out in item 5 in the attached notice, the board of directors of GCC inter alia proposes the distribution of an extraordinary dividend based on an interim balance sheet as per 30 June 2022. A separate stock exchange notice with key information on the proposed dividend will be published on 19 August 2022, in connection with the publishing of the Company's Q2 2022 results.
