Stockholm, August 26, 2025 | GreenMerc AB (publ) ("GreenMerc") has entered into a cooperation agreement with Valuno Group AB (publ) ("Valuno") under which the Greenmerc Group will take over responsibility for Valuno's mobile app under the brand Quickbit. Through the collaboration, Valuno's existing customers will continue to have access to crypto services via a new app and web interface in Quickbit's graphic profile, powered by GreenMerc's technical platform.
The fact that the GreenMerc Group is now taking over the service means an uninterrupted user experience for Valuno's existing customers - through the operations of GreenMerc's subsidiary Trijo.
GreenMerc's platform is developed to manage multiple brands in parallel, enabling a brand-specific user experience with very high scalability. The investment in this scalable platform makes it possible to smoothly take over and further develop offerings under other brands - such as in this case Quickbit.

"The collaboration with Greenmerc means that our app customers can continue to be offered a complete crypto service. At the same time, we continue to develop our other crypto-related products such as QB Pay, TopUp and Corporate Wallet," says Daniel Sonesson, CEO of Valuno.
As part of the migration, the former app customers will be onboarded to GreenMerc's system, where a new KYC process will be implemented to ensure full customer knowledge. After that, they are offered access to GreenMerc's crypto services via the subsidiary Ijort Invest AB, registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, but in an interface adapted to Quickbit's visual identity.
