Following periodical mandatory inspection of the autoclaves at the H+H UK Limited's production facility in Borough Green, UK, an issue has been identified failing to meet the required safety standards under the UK Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Consequently, H+H UK Limited's certification under this regulation has been revoked with immediate effect resulting in a cease of production at the Borough Green facility until further notice.

The production facility in Borough Green accounts for approx. 15% of total revenue in the H+H group.

H+H International A/S is actively assessing the situation that has arisen to get an overview of impact on H+H's operations, customers, employees, partners and financially, including impact on the 2024 financial outlook, if any.
