Today, the Board of Directors of Handicare Group AB announces that it has appointed Henrik Teiwik as new CEO and President. Henrik is currently Head of Business Area Construction Equipment and Business Area Rental at Alimak Group AB and will assume his position during Q1 2021.

"We are pleased to announce Henrik Teiwik as new CEO and President of Handicare. Through the strategic review and the Lift Up Program carried out during the year, a more focused and efficient organization has been established which provides a solid foundation to secure long-term profitable growth of the Accessibility area going forward. We are confident that Henrik, with his strategic and performance-oriented skillset and solid track record in an international organisation, has the skills and experience required to lead the company as it now enters into its next phase", says Lars Marcher, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Handicare.

Henrik Teiwik, born 1980, is currently Head of Business Area Construction Equipment and Business Area Rental at Alimak Group AB, a position which he has held since 2015. Prior to joining Alimak in 2013, Henrik was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, specialising in strategy, corporate finance and organizational topics. Henrik holds an MSc in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics.
