HODL SPAC Europe AB (publ) hereby publishes the interim report for the period January - March 2022. The interim report is available as an attached document and on the company's website (www.hodlspac.se). Below is a summary of the report.

- Cash and cash equivalents at 31 March 2022 amounted to SEK 29.3 m (--).
- The Company completed its share issuance and the stock was listed on the Spotlight Stock Market on January 21, 2022.
