Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") acquires F. Holmström Fastigheter AB’s ("Holmströmgruppen's") shares of 20% in Ankarhagen Holding AB ("Ankarhagen"). The purchase price for the shares and shareholder loan to Ankarhagen amounts to approximately SEK 121 million.

Ankarhagen is a property company that acquires, manages, and refines properties with a main focus on warehouses and light industry. The company also runs project development of previously unused land where they build new premises for existing and new customers.
