Any repurchase will be made on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares and take place before the annual general meeting 2025. Own shares may be repurchased to the extent the company’s holdings of own shares in total amounts to no more than ten per cent of the total number of shares in the company.

Acquisition of shares will be carried out by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations in the Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

The shares will be repurchased in cash and at a price within the stock market price interval registered at any given time, such interval being the interval between the highest purchase price and the lowest sales price. In addition, the price per share shall not exceed the highest of the purchase price of the last independent trade and the highest current independent purchase bid on the trading venue in accordance with the Safe Harbour Regulation.

The total number of shares in the company amounts to 51,826,058, whereof [1,000,000] own shares are held by the company at the time of this press release. Accordingly, Humana’s total holding of own shares represent approximately [1.93] percent of total number of shares.
