Humble Group AB ("Humble" or the "Company") announced on 13 September 2024 that Nasdaq Stockholm's listing committee has approved Humble's application for admission to trading of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market (the "Listing"). As a consequence of the Listing, Humble has prepared a prospectus, which today, 23 September 2024, has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and published on Humble's website.

For complete information regarding the Listing, please refer to the prospectus that has been prepared by Humble (only in Swedish). The prospectus has been published on Humble's website (www.humblegroup.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, www.fi.se.
About the Listing
First day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on Friday, 27 September 2024. Due to the Listing, Humble's shares will be delisted from Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Last day for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is expected to be on Thursday, 26 September 2024. There is no offer or issuance of new shares in connection with the Listing and shareholders of Humble do not have to take any measures. The ticker for the shares (HUMBLE) and the ISIN-code (SE0006261046) will remain unchanged.
