HusCompagniet has entered into a turn-key contract with property developer and operator of rental housing Velkomn for the construction of 190 semi-detached houses and one communal house in Ringsted Municipality.
The project is divided into three stages, which are comprised of 83, 51 and 57 units, respectively. Each stage is conditional on Velkomn's acceptance, and the entire project is expected to generate total revenue of approximately DKK 230 million over the construction period, which is scheduled to commence by mid-2025 with delivery of the first units in 2026 and the remaining units in 2027. The project and order entry recognition will be divided into three stages subject to the issuance of a building permit and Velkomn's acceptance of each stage.

Wooden frames and roof cassettes for the houses will be manufactured at HusCompagniet's production facilities, supporting a gold level certification of the project according to the DGNB standard.
