Chief Technical Officer, Allan Lykke Christensen, has decided to step down from his position at Impero A/S by the end of February 2024, as he will pursue new challenges outside Impero.
"On behalf of the Board and Impero's management team, I want to thank Allan for his contribution to the development of Impero. Allan has taken great pride in developing a stronger product team and has contributed to the work of professionalizing the entire organization. Allan took part in listing Impero on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and his contribution in scaling the organization over the past three years has helped secure Impero further international expansion. Our mission of securing transparency and trust has never been more important than it is now, and our product organization continues the good work. We wish Allan all the best in his new endeavor", says Jørgen Bardenfleth, Chairman of Impero.
Impero is initiating the search for a new CTO to support Impero's further international expansion and growth journey.
Impero's financial guidance remains unchanged.
