Stockholm, October 30, 2023 - According to the principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee in Intervacc AB (publ) adopted at the annual general meeting held on June 14th, 2022, the Nomination Committee for the 2024 annual general meeting shall consist of representatives appointed by the three largest shareholders in terms of votes as of the last banking day in August, i.e., on August 31. The chairman of the Board of Directors convenes the election committee.
- Ulrika Enhörning, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder
- Thomas Ehlin, appointed by Fjärde AP-fonden
- Magnus Lundberg, appointed by Håkan Björklund och Magnus Lundberg
The Nomination Committee's task is to prepare and submit proposals on the following issues for decision to the Annual General Meeting:
i) Proposal for chairman of the general meeting
ii) Proposal of the board
iii) Proposal for the chairman of the board
iv) Proposal for auditors
v) Proposal for board remuneration, divided between chairman and other members of the board
vi) Proposal for fees for the company's auditors
vii) Proposal for the changes in the guidelines for the appointment of the nomination committee and instructions for the nomination committee, to the extent deemed necessary
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so by sending an e-mail to shareholders@intervacc.se(heading - "Nomination Committee") or by letter posted to Intervacc AB (publ), Attn: Intervacc Nomination Committee, Box 112, SE-129 22 Stockholm, Sweden.
