Inzile's ambition from start has been to apply a business model called Vehicle as a Service (VaaS). This was confirmed in the company's Strategic Plan that was published in June this year.

VaaS means that vehicles are sold as a subscription, in some cases through a third part finance company, and in some cases directly by Inzile. In both cases Inzile is responsible for the entire product life cycle. This subscription model is in line with Inzile's vision to offer vehicles in a circular way. The goal is to reuse as many components as possible and to make sure that the lifetime of each vehicle is maximized.

By offering vehicles on subscription to some clients in the Nordic countries, Inzile has proven that this business model works very well. The majority of these vehicles have been exported and they are therefore in the process of being taken out of the Swedish register.

Inzile previously correctly announced a total sale of 61 vehicles during the first six months of 2022. Some of these vehicles have not yet been delivered to end customers and are therefore sold but not yet invoiced.

The company has a financing line of SEK 85 million granted by the main shareholder of Inzile, which is being used until the planned capital increase takes place.
