John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB: John Mattson signs construction contract for upgrade project in Rotsunda

The buildings were constructed in the 1940s by the company's founder, master builder John Mattson. In 2019, John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen acquired the properties from Sollentuna Stadshus AB.

The upgrade project is planned to commence around the turn of the year 2026/2027. The total residential/commercial lettable area (BOA/LOA) amounts to 14,500/2,200 square metres.

By developing our existing portfolio, we strengthen both the attractiveness of the areas and the long-term value of the properties. In Rotsunda, we are building on an area with a special connection to our history and developing homes and premises for the future.
