K-Fast Holding AB ("K-Fastigheter") has acquired building rights for the construction of rental apartments in Gothenburg, Sweden, by acquiring 50 percent of the shares in the company that develops the properties Göteborg Björlanda 3:72, 3:75, 3:76 and 3:77. On the properties, K-Fastigheter, together with Alhem Fastigheter AB, intends to build approximately 260 rental apartments and premises. Legally binding detailed plan and legally binding building permits are received for the properties Göteborg Björlanda 3:72 and 3:75.
On the properties in Björlanda on Hisingen, K-Fastigheter and Alhem Fastigheter AB, intend to build approximately 260 rental apartments and two premises with an expected rentable total area of 16,265 square meters. Estimated annual rental value amounts to SEK 45.7 million. In addition, a retail space will be built on one of the properties, which will be owned by ICA Fastigheter through 3D property formation.

Access to the properties will take place in stages, with construction start for the properties with building permits expected in the first quarter of 2026. The estimated construction time for all stages is approximately 24 months. The transaction will be in corporate form and is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 71.5 million.
