The project includes 256 modern homes, a grocery store and an associated parking garage. The total leasable area is expected to be approximately 15,800 square meters. Occupancy will take place in stages, with construction of properties with building permits starting in the first quarter of 2026. It is estimated that the first apartments will be ready for occupancy by summer 2027. The estimated construction time for all stages is approximately 24 months.

It will be high-quality residential buildings and premises, built with climate-declared concrete frames from our prefab operations.
