Change in the number of shares and votes in Karnov Group AB (publ)
As of today, 30 June 2026, the total number of shares in Karnov Group AB (publ) amounts to 99,683,846 and the total number of votes amounts to 99,551,196.8.
During June 2026, 78,514 shares of series C, previously issued and repurchased within the framework of the company's long-term incentive program LTIP 2023, as resolved by the annual general meeting in May 2023, have been converted into ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares has thereby increased by 78,514 shares and the number of shares of series C has decreased by the same number of shares. The number of votes has increased by 70,662.6 votes.
As of 30 June 2026, there are a total of 99,683,846 shares in the company, of which 99,536,458 are ordinary shares, with a voting value of one vote per share, and 147,388 are shares of series C, with a voting value of one-tenth of a vote per share, corresponding to a total of 99,551,196.8 votes. As of the time of this press release, Karnov holds 3,121,305 own ordinary shares and 147,388 own shares of series C.
