Katalysen Ventures är ett svenskt investeringsbolag, eller en så kallad ”Venture Developer”. Verksamheten går ut på att investera kunskap, tid och kapital i kundbolag i tidiga skeden. Flertalet av dessa kundbolag har kopplingar till fintech, och en majoritet utvecklar digitala plattformar. Mot detta erhåller Katalysen Ventures, utöver ett direkt ägande vid kapitalinjektioner, även teckningsoptioner kundbolagen. Bolaget har kontor i Stockholm samt Geneve.

The following is a communique from Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (the "Company", "Katalysen Ventures") regarding the Company's total financial exposure within the Payer corporate group of companies (the "Payer Group"). Note that the following is merely a disclosure of information, and that no new adjustment has been made to the estimated value of the Payer Group in the Company's books or portfolio. The estimated value of Katalysen Ventures' portfolio of shares, options, and convertibles remains 171.5 MSEK , as last communicated on 2023-12-06.

Following the announcement made on 2023-12-06, Katalysen Ventures' total financial exposure to the Payer Group amounts to 9.7 MSEK (excluding accrued interest).

Within this total exposure, 3.0 MSEK is attributed to the combined value of common shares and preference shares, while 6.7 MSEK is linked to loans and preference shares with first (highest) priority.
