Katalysen Ventures är ett svenskt investeringsbolag, eller en så kallad ”Venture Developer”. Verksamheten går ut på att investera kunskap, tid och kapital i kundbolag i tidiga skeden. Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) ("Katalysen") is pleased to report strong performance from its portfolio company Matchmeeting AB (" InvitePeople"), a provider of digital event platforms for hybrid, physical, and virtual events.

Between January and April 2025, InvitePeople has delivered a robust operational and financial performance, characterized by:

  • +40% growth in turnover
  • -20% reduction in costs
  • Sustained profitability and positive cash flow

In parallel with improved financial performance, the company continues to strengthen its commercial position. InvitePeople is gaining the trust of high-profile clients, including the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR), IKEA, and Innovation Norway. New customer sales are growing across both the Nordic region and Germany. In May, the company signed its largest customer to date, marking a significant commercial milestone.

Katalysen has been an active partner to InvitePeople throughout its development. The success of the company's recent commercial efforts and operational efficiency improvements reflects the strength of the team, the scalability of the platform, and the attractiveness of the business model.
