KlaraBo and OBOS have, in partnership, previously received and communicated a land allocation within the framework and have now signed a land allocation agreement with Malmö Stad in a completely new block east of the Malmö Exhibition and Convention Centre in the Hyllie district, in Malmö. The agreement is based on over 300 apartments corresponding to more than 23,000 sqm GFA and combines owner-occupied and rental apartments ranging from one to four rooms. The municipality will establish all the infrastructure in the area by the fall of 2025 while planning is ongoing. Construction is expected to commence shortly thereafter.

KlaraBo collaborates with a range of players in a partnership aimed at offering economically accessible and environmentally sustainable housing for a broad set of people within the framework of the Malmö Stad’s projects.
The area is close to several parks as well as public transportation and excellent office locations in and around the Malmö Exhibition and Convention Centre as well as Malmö Arena.
