Klaria Pharma Holding AB: Klaria plans digital Q&A session with the company's CEO and chairman of the board
Klaria Pharma Holding AB (publ) ("Klaria" or the "Company") announces that a digital Q&A session with Klaria's CEO Scott Boyer and chairman and founder Fredrik Hübinette will be published on Friday, October 23. Topics covered will include the licensing partner CNX Therapeutics ("CNX") upcoming launch of Sumatriptan Alginate Film in Europe, the Company's potential to sign similar commercial agreements for other markets including the US, Klaria's other pipeline projects and the ongoing rights issue.
Shareholders and other interested parties are welcome to send suggested questions by using the question form on Klaria's issue page: www.ii.se/klaria-rights-issue-of-units-2026/ The questions received on Friday morning (09.30 CEST) will be compiled and answered together with questions already received.
"Klaria is in an important phase as we move from being a development company to a pharmaceutical company in the commercial phase. Within the next 12 months, we expect significant milestone and royalty revenues from leading markets in Europe, and we have an ongoing process in parallel with BDO with the aim of signing more commercial agreements for additional markets, including the US. This represents a crucial change for Klaria as a company, and we are noticing strong interest from shareholders and other stakeholders to receive as comprehensive information as possible. We are not able to discuss details about the upcoming European launch of SAF as it is managed by our licensing partner CNX, but otherwise we hope to be able to answer the questions received for this Q&A session," says Klaria Pharma's chairman of the board Fredrik Hübinette.
Klaria Pharma is currently carrying out a rights issue with a subscription period from 14 October 2026 up to and including 28 October 2026. The proceeds will significantly strengthen the Company's balance sheet and thereby create room for manoeuvre, improved negotiating position vis-à-vis potential partners and thereby good conditions to maximize value for Klaria's shareholders.
More information about the rights issue can be found on the Company's website, www.klaria.com, and on the issue page www.ii.se/klaria-rights-issue-of-units-2026/
