Klaria Pharma Holding AB: Klaria receives additional subscription commitments and extends the subscription period in the Company's rights issue

Klaria Pharma Holding AB (publ) ("Klaria" or the "Company") announces that the Company has received approximately SEK 2.2 million in subscription commitments without preferential rights in the ongoing rights issue of units of up to approximately SEK 147.6 million (the "Rights Offering"). No compensation will be paid for these subscription commitments, and they are included within the framework of the existing guarantee structure of a total of approx. SEK 111.1 million, corresponding to 75.3 percent of the Rights Offering. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has decided to extend the subscription period until November 6, 2026 in light of a strong interest from shareholders and investors and the accompanying request for extended time to have the opportunity to subscribe for units in the Rights Offering with preferential rights.
