Hyon AS: Knox Energy Solutions AS - Annual general meeting completed and notice of reverse share split
(Oslo, 15 July 2024) Knox Energy Solutions AS (Knox, OSE: KNOX) announces that its annual general meeting was held Friday, 12 July 2024, as a virtual meeting, with no physical attendance. The decision was made to do a reverse share split of 100:1 of the shares.
All items on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the proposals of the board of directors of Knox. The minutes from the Annual General Meeting will be made available on the company's website.
The decision was made by the required majority to do a reverse share split. The reverse share split was decided as follows:- 100 old shares will give one new share
- Last inclusive trading day: Wednesday,17 July 2024
- First exclusive trading day: Thursday, 18 July 2024
- Record date for shareholder register: Wednesday, 17 July 2024
The majority owner Blue Concept will transfer shares to shareholders holding less than 100 old shares to receive one new share. Other shareholders will be rounded up to the nearest share.
