Kojamo plc (the "Company") has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) on 14 August 2025.
According to the notification, the holding of Norges Bank in the Company's shares and votes has risen above 5 per cent on 13 August 2025. This company holds a total of 12,421,808 shares corresponding to an ownership of 5.03 per cent in Kojamo's shares and votes.
