Oslo, 18 June 2025: The board of directors at Komplett ASA ("Komplett") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ros-Marie Grusén as new chief executive officer (CEO). Her starting date will be confirmed shortly.

Ros-Marie Grusén currently serves as CEO of Norsk Medisinaldepot AS, owned by McKesson, where she oversees a NOK 11 billion business with 3,000 employees, ~400+ retail stores (Vitusapotek), including franchises and banner pharmacies (Ditt Apotek). Prior to this, she held a regional leadership role at McKesson, overseeing Scandinavia as part of the McKesson Europe leadership team. Earlier, she was managing director of LloydsApotek, leading a successful rebranding and transformation strategy. Ros-Marie Grusén also brings valuable experience from her time as managing director at Plantasjen in Sweden, where she played a key role in improving store profitability and commercialising operations, and from IKEA as a high-performing store manager. She holds a bachelor's degree in social science from Lund University, Sweden. Grusén is a Swedish citizen and will be based in Oslo.
